- URL extraction - Web page content from URLs you provide
- Plan My Day - Your existing tasks and preferences to generate daily plans
- Subtask generation - Task information to generate relevant subtasks
Note: AI processing is performed using Google Gemini. Data sent to AI services is processed in accordance with Google's privacy practices and is not used to train AI models. We do not store the content you submit for AI processing beyond the immediate request.
Usage Information
We automatically collect certain information about how you use the app:
- App usage statistics and feature interactions
- Device type and operating system version
- App version
- Crash reports and error logs
- Last active timestamp
Subscription Information
If you subscribe to Ango Tasks Premium:
- Subscription status and plan type
- Purchase date and expiration date
- Transaction identifiers (we do not store payment card details)

Ango Tasks integrates with the following third-party services:
Google Firebase
We use Firebase for authentication, database storage, cloud functions, file storage, and push notifications. Firebase's privacy practices are governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
Google Gemini AI
Our AI features are powered by Google Gemini. When you use AI extraction features, relevant data is sent to Google's AI services for processing. This data is processed in accordance with Google's Gemini API Terms.
Apple App Store / StoreKit
iOS subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store. Apple handles all payment processing and we only receive transaction confirmations. See Apple's Privacy Policy.
Stripe
Web platform subscriptions are processed through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information; it is handled directly by Stripe. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data only in these circumstances:

Account Deletion

- Transaction records may be retained for accounting and legal purposes
- Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for analytics
- Data required to be retained by law
Children's Privacy
Ango Tasks is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete such information.
International Data Transfers
