Welcome to Ango Tasks. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ango Media LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") governing your access to and use of the Ango Tasks application and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, downloading, installing, or using Ango Tasks, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Ango Tasks is a task management application available on iOS and Web platforms that helps you organize, track, and manage your tasks and to-do items. The Service includes:

• Task creation, organization, and management
• Cloud synchronization across devices
• AI-powered features including task extraction from text, images, voice, and URLs
• Reminders and notifications
• Premium subscription features

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You may register using your email address, Sign in with Apple, or Google Sign-In. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use the Service.

4. User Content

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or store through the Service, including tasks, notes, lists, and attachments ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your User Content solely to provide the Service to you.

Content Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You agree not to upload, post, or transmit any content that:

• Violates any applicable law or regulation
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Is defamatory, obscene, or offensive
• Harasses, threatens, or harms others
• Attempts to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts

Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful, inappropriate, or otherwise objectionable.

5. AI Features

Ango Tasks includes AI-powered features that process text, images, voice recordings, and web content to help you create and manage tasks. By using these features, you acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content is provided for convenience and may not always be accurate
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated tasks and suggestions
• Content you submit for AI processing may be sent to third-party AI services (Google Gemini)
• AI features are subject to availability and may change or be discontinued
• You will not use AI features to generate harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Free and Premium Tiers

Ango Tasks offers both free and premium subscription tiers. The free tier provides basic task management features with certain limitations. Premium subscriptions unlock additional features and remove limitations.

Subscription Terms

• Billing: Premium subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Price changes: We may change subscription prices with reasonable notice
• Payment processing: Payments are processed through Apple App Store (iOS) or Stripe (Web)

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the respective app store. Upon cancellation:

• Your premium features will remain active until the end of the current billing period
• No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods
• Your account will revert to the free tier after the subscription expires

For iOS subscriptions, refund requests must be submitted to Apple. For Web subscriptions, please contact us for refund inquiries within 14 days of purchase.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Attempt to bypass any security measures or access restrictions
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Collect or harvest user data without authorization
• Use the Service to send spam, phishing, or unsolicited messages
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Sublicense, sell, or transfer your access to the Service

8. Intellectual Property

Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, functionality, code, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is owned by Ango Media LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us the right to use such feedback without restriction or compensation to you.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANGO MEDIA LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Service interruption or computer damage
• Cost of substitute services
• Any damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ango Media LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

13. Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity
• Extended periods of inactivity
• Requests by law enforcement
• Discontinuation of the Service

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your User Content may be deleted. We are not obligated to retain or provide copies of your data after termination. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

14. Modifications to Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
